WE’RE HIRING: HAIR ASSISTANT
📍 Gaborone

We are looking for a reliable, caring and enthusiastic Hair Assistant to join our salon team. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in your work and are eager to develop your hairdressing skills, we would love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Shampooing, conditioning and providing relaxing scalp massages.
- Drying hair, blow-drying and basic styling.
- Assisting with root colour applications under the hairstylist’s supervision.
- Preparing clients, tools and workstations for services.
- Keeping the salon clean, organised and hygienic.
- Supporting hairstylists and helping clients feel comfortable and well cared for.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Honest, conscientious, punctual and dependable.
- A supportive team player who takes initiative.
- Friendly, respectful and attentive to clients.
- Well presented, with high standards of personal hygiene.
- Willing to follow instructions, accept feedback and learn.
- Comfortable working on their feet in a busy salon environment.

Previous salon experience will be an advantage. However, motivated beginners are welcome to apply, as training can be provided.
