Going forward, all makeup services for individuals, brands, pageantry organizations, campaigns, photoshoots, events, and any other collaborations will be provided on a paid basis only.

This decision allows us to maintain the quality, professionalism, and value of our work while continuing to deliver the best experience that Hills Deck is known for.
