My name is Melissa Cippone and I am a freelance professional makeup artist, having worked in the makeup/salon industry for many years and having attained my certificate of makeup artistry at the Canadian Beauty College. I provide makeup services for any event, specializing in bridal and special event makeup, and love showing the before and after effects of this beautiful art. I now offer Microblading eyebrow services as well.
