Just a quick reminder that masks are still required at Bliss for both hair and eye lashes with Madeline, we work in a very close contact job. In the last week I have had 4 people show up symptomic with sicknesses and I’ve had to ask some to reschedule which causes lost time and income, or contacting me later on after their service saying they tested positive for covid. Please if you have any symptoms of sickness please call and reschedule your appointment, I have weddings every weekend all summer long. I would hate to be sick for them, because someone showed up with a sickness of any kind, and I also work with a high number of high risk clients, in a small salon setting.

As the stop to mandated mask restrictions approaches, this week I have been paying close attention to see if covid is present in our community, and it still is, family members, and roommates of clients still have covid all around them. I understand we are going to have to learn to live with covid, but for the time being at Bliss Hair Boutique we will be still wearing our masks when doing hair services, and lash services. We encourage you to do the same, especially at the shampoo sink, or until you get to Madeleine’s room. I work with a large number of high risk clients and sometimes my appointments overlap and we all share a small space. For the time being mask will be highly encouraged in the salon, and I will continue to monitor on a weekly basis. If you choose not to wear a mask that is ok as well, just be open and respectful when you see Madeleine(our Lash girl) and Me, or our clients wearing them. 😷

Room for rent in busy salon , aesthetician always succeeded in there, room
big enough for nail tech, lash tech or I’m open to ideas.

Just got word that Salons can open on Wedsday June 3rd. The next couple of days I will be contact all clients that missed appointments, and any other people looking for appointments get a hold of me, and I will let you know what I have open. I’m super excited to see everyone, same protocol as last time, mask worn at all times and hand santization!

We are closed right now due to the surge of cases of covid in Nova Scotia. As of right now, only 2 weeks, if we do what is needed to get cases down.
I will be in touch base with all my clients, be patience, wash your hands, wear your mask, social distance, start some garden seeds, live, don’t cut your own hair, repeat. 😷

With the rise of Covid-19 in the HRM area, at this time I ask if clients, or people that they are living with to please be honest, and let me know if you have been in Halifax or in any of the exposer sites in the last week or two. If so please call and reschedule your hair appointment for a later time. We need to stay safe, and stay open in these times!
