🔥 We are going to open the sauna on Sunday for a community session 🙂 I wanted to switch the booking to 90 minutes, however my booking platform will not allow me to adjust it, so if you join, know you are welcome to stay from 4-5:30pm! Book here:

Spirit Sauna will be closed for the next 3 weeks as we enjoy vacation time & visit the largest Nordic spa in North America!

Private sessions can be schedule after June 14th by sending us an email. Community sessions will be offered occasionally over the summer months.
