Starting July 16, our newest member Shirley Cameron will be offering Thursdays with her 20 plus years almost 30 years experience ! Shirley has been practicing Massage Therapy for almost 30 years. Although my area of focus is on re-alignment, I pride myself in listening to the needs of my clients of all ages.

Listening to what the client verbalizes, body language, and especially how the body responds to touch are my tools to success. This success brings relief and the ability for my clients to pick up where the interruption of pain had left them.

She looks forward to seeing my clients smile from their positive treatment experience.

Over the years, her practice has fit the needs of the individual whether it’s deep tissue work or incorporating a gentler approach. I am also a Certified Reflexologist, and Level 1 Craniosacral and Reiki Therapist. These modalities along with my training in Swedish Massage offer a much gentler approach in releasing tissue restrictions and assist in realigning the mind, body and spirit.

Starting in august for two days a week l, Monday and Friday we have our newest member Nina who specializes a lot of deep tissue massage therapy. Nina is a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people improve their health, well-being, and quality of life through therapeutic massage. She is certified in Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Levels 1 and 2 and graduated from Georgian College with Dean’s List.
She believes that every client is unique and deserves individualized care. Her approach begins with listening to your concerns, understanding your goals, and providing treatments tailored to your specific needs. Whether you are seeking relief from pain and tension, support for lymphatic health, improved mobility, stress reduction, or relaxation, she is committed to helping you achieve the best possible outcomes.
She will strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. By combining evidence-based techniques with a compassionate and client-centered approach, she will aim to help clients feel empowered on their journey toward better health and wellness.
During her free time, she enjoys gardening, exploring nature, taking walks in the parks and spending time with family.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Results

These before-and-after photos demonstrate the positive effects of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) on lower extremity swelling. In the first image, significant fluid accumulation is visible throughout the calf, ankle, and foot, with limited definition around the ankle joint and top of the foot.

After 3 treatments, the second image shows a visible reduction in swelling, particularly around the ankle and foot. The tissues appear softer and less congested, with improved contour and definition throughout the lower leg. This change suggests that excess lymphatic fluid has begun moving more efficiently through the body’s natural drainage pathways.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, specialized technique designed to support the lymphatic system, helping reduce swelling, improve circulation, and promote overall tissue health. Many clients report feeling lighter, more comfortable, and experiencing improved mobility following treatment.
