How has it already been a whole year in my little Pretty Pear space?!

When I moved in, I just wanted to create a cute, cozy salon where people could come in, relax, laugh, chat, feel comfortable and leave feeling a little more like themselves. And a year later, I really feel like that’s what this little space has become. 🥰

To my longtime clients who have followed me through all the different versions of Pretty Pear, and all the new faces who have found me along the way — thank you. Your support, referrals, kind words and continued trust in me mean more than you know.

This past year has definitely had its ups and downs, but I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve built here and so grateful that I get to come to this sweet little space every day and do what I love. 💕

This beautiful, sweet human came in for a little blonde refresh and pick-me-up to celebrate starting her new job! 🥰

We brightened her back up, added some fresh blonde, and sent her off feeling refreshed and ready for this new chapter. 💇🏼‍♀️✨

She’s a teacher (aka one of the true heroes 🙌), she’s getting ready to send a kid off to UPEI, she has approximately 47,000 things on her plate… and she STILL made time to do something for herself. 🥹

And I’m so proud of her for that. ❤️ Self-care doesn’t have to be huge — sometimes it’s just sitting in the chair, taking a couple hours for yourself, having a good chat and leaving feeling a little brighter than you came in.

So we did exactly that with this gorgeous, soft golden blonde. ☀️🍐
