I love what I do. Every single day, I get to help people feel like the best version of themselves — and I don't take that for granted for a second. 💛

But lately, I've noticed something that's been really hard on me. I'm seeing more and more last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and sometimes no calls at all. I get it — life happens. Kids get sick, cars break down, things come up. I've been there too.

Here's what people might not realize: when my chair sits empty, that's me standing there not earning. I'm self-employed — no one's paying me for that hour. And there's almost always someone on my wait list who would have loved that spot if they'd had a little notice. When I don't get a call, I can't fill it.

I'm not angry — I just need to be honest about what this means for me and my family. This is how I pay my rent, feed my kids, and keep doing the work I love.

So starting now, I'm enforcing my cancellation policy:

📅 Same-day cancellation — 100% of service price
⏰ Cancellation within 48 hours — 50% of service price

All I ask is a heads-up. Even an hour's notice means I might be able to offer that time to someone else who's been waiting.
