Before I got pregnant with my youngest, I weighed around 54 kg. After giving birth in 2020, my weight went up to 65 kg, and since then, losing weight and managing my eating habits haven’t been easy.

But honestly, the weight wasn’t my biggest concern. I would get shaky and have headaches whenever I was hungry. After eating, instead of feeling energized, I would often feel sleepy and still have very little energy. Sometimes, I would even feel hungry again not long after eating. On top of that, I was constantly dealing with body aches even going to a registered massage therapist didn’t seem to give me lasting relief.

That’s when I decided to give this tea and fiber a try.

I started on September 10, and three weeks into my journey, I’m really happy with the changes I’ve personally experienced. ❤️ I’ve lost 2.6 kg which I consider a bonus, but what matters more to me is how I feel. I’m no longer experiencing the shakiness and headaches I used to have, my body aches have improved a lot, I have more energy, and I’m finding it much easier to manage my cravings. Having more energy also means I can finally make a little more time for exercise. 💪

And the best part for me? I’m not depriving myself. I still eat rice, enjoy sweets, and eat the foods I love. I’m simply learning to be more mindful of my portions and eating habits while also making healthier lifestyle choices.
