I’m not new to invisible illnesses. I’ve spent the majority of my life fighting things people can’t see just by looking at me. But this one, six months in and still without answers, has been the scary.
While I wait, I’m doing what I can actually control: giving my body, and my kids’ bodies while I’m at it. A real foundation. Clean ingredients, zero fillers, products that line up with what I actually believe in.
That’s part of why our family has found Heart & Soil colostrum. Not a cure, not a fix for what I’m going through, just one more brick in a foundation we’re building while we wait for answers, for me and for the kids out there practicing, playing, and traveling every weekend.

The count down till summer has begun… and the only camping I want to do it not to it and instead spend the summer cruising the golf cart at the lake. This between sports camps obviously.

There’s something about an illness nobody can see that makes it so much harder to carry. You look fine. So people assume you are. Showing up trying to be there 100% to cheer on your kids sports can be hard.
Some days just getting through it is the whole victory.
