🟤 A Journey of Release: Reclaiming the Path Forward
A client came to me after struggling for months with persistent, unexplained ankle swelling. While conventional approaches suggested standard physical remedies like compression and diuretics, she intuitively knew her body was reacting to something deeper. “I feel like my foundation is locking up,” she shared. “Like I’m being anchored in place.”
During our energy session, I could feel a profound energetic density surrounding her feet and ankles—resembling an energetic shackle holding her back. She was trapped in an emotionally unfulfilling marriage, desperately wanting to step into a new chapter but paralyzed by a deep sense of guilt.

One of my favorite ways to support the body and calm the nervous system is the Legs Up The Wall pose. Just a few quiet minutes in this position can help ease tired legs, encourage healthy circulation, release tension, and create a sense of relaxation after a busy day.
