You will work one-on-one with your therapist who will help you to to understand your sports injury and return you to your daily activities as quickly and safely as possible. By treating the injury and its underlying cause our goal is that you remain injury free long after your recovery! Our Concussion Management Program works with athletes and sports organizations to minimize the cumulative effects of head injuries in sport. This is done through prompt recognition and treatment of concussions, in order to decrease the risk of secondary or prolonged injury. As part of our Concussion Treatment, our program involves preseason neurocognitive baseline testing, comprehension follow-up program for injuries and individualized return to learn and return to play programs to ensure that injured individuals are not returning to school/ work or sport sooner then it is safe to do so.
