Well hello and welcome to our office! Our names are Illiana Small and Kim Howes, and we are the proud owners of Thrive, a multidisciplinary clinic located in the heart of downtown Campbell River.

Although we have been in business for 13 years, we haven't spent much time sharing our journey on social media, and we figured now is the time!

Our team includes Massage Therapists, Chiropractic Doctor, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Electrolysis/Aesthetics. We all take pride in our practice, and enjoy connecting with our clients and creating a space where they feel at home. Sherry has been an absolute joy to work with, and we will miss her warm smile and caring heart. She is a very talented practitioner and will thrive no matter where she goes. A shift in life and moving to a new city has brought big changes, and she is taking time to settle into her new routine and most importantly focusing on family 💕

After much thought and reflection, I have decided that it is time for me to close this chapter of my practice at Thrive Therapeutics and embrace a new chapter in my life.

Building my Reflexology and Ayurvedic Scalp Massage practice at Thrive has been a wonderful experience. I am deeply grateful for the support, encouragement, and kindness I have received from the Thrive team and from my clients. The relationships and connections I have made along the way will always be special to me.

Over the past year, life has brought many changes, including my move to Courtenay. As priorities shift and new opportunities arise, it feels like the right time to follow a different path and create space for what comes next.

To my clients, thank you for trusting me and allowing me to be part of your wellness journey. Your support, loyalty, and friendship have meant so much.

To everyone at Thrive, thank you for welcoming me, supporting my business, and creating such a caring and positive environment. I leave with nothing but gratitude and appreciation for my time with you.

Petra Stewart is joining Thrive with 17 years of experience in the mental health field. Her passion is working with children and youth. She enjoys all the smiles, energy and resiliency they bring into the counselling room. Her scope of work includes but are not limited to anxiety, depression, abandonment, grief and loss, and trauma.
Petra obtained her Bachelors in Social Work in 2005 and her Masters in Social Work in 2007, both from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa.
Petra is a FNHA mental health service provider.
