Saltwater Wellness PAB

October is here, that means a new month for our Membership, get in the Pod as many times as you like.

30 Minute sessions - $120 per month
45 minute sessions - $180 per month

We have sessions available for this afternoon if you want to give it a try!

Happy Thanksgiving

An half hour in the Cocoon does something that sleep can't quite replicate. Your muscles let go, your mind stops running its usual loop, and somewhere around the ten-minute mark, you forget what you were even stressed about.

Come find out for yourself.

Hi Saltwater Clients! We sent a special invitation to massage therapy clients booked during September who haven’t experienced the pod before. Check your emails!!!

If you haven’t had a chance to try our Cocoon Wellness Pod, we’d love to offer you a complimentary 15-minute session before your massage appointment!

There’s absolutely no pressure—just an opportunity to relax and enjoy the benefits before your massage.

If you’re interested, please let us know in advance so we can have everything ready for you. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

We’ll show you how everything works and ensure a smooth, relaxing transition into your massage. 😊

Well September is here. And with that comes new teachers, new adventures and new goals. Why not start this Sept with a membership to the Cocoon Wellness Pod or a few sessions to start? We have a great deal on for the pod and we have lots of openings so you can book whatever you need to work around your busy schedules.

If you want to stop in to have a look we will be here to show you how it works. Sometimes we just need to take that first leap for ourselves. See you soon!

We have openings tomorrow August 27th!

Stop by or book online!

✨ Infrared Light Therapy & Autoimmune Wellness ✨

Living with an autoimmune condition can mean dealing with pain, inflammation, fatigue, and muscle or joint stiffness. While infrared light therapy is not a cure, many people find it to be a relaxing complementary therapy that supports their overall well-being.

💛 Potential benefits may include:
🌿 Helping reduce inflammation
🌿 Easing muscle and joint discomfort
🌿 Improving circulation
🌿 Supporting the body’s natural healing processes
🌿 Promoting relaxation and reducing stress
🌿 Helping decrease stiffness and improve mobility
🌿 Encouraging better sleep, allowing the body more time to rest and recover

Stress can often make autoimmune symptoms feel worse, so taking time to relax and support your body can be an important part of your wellness routine.

Infrared light therapy is designed to complement your healthcare plan—not replace the advice or treatment provided by your healthcare team.

If you’re curious about whether infrared light therapy could be a good addition to your self-care routine, I’d be happy to answer your questions.

Thank you from the staff at
Saltwater Wellness

We are open from 10:00am to 6:00pm and we have openings for today!

Infrared light therapy is very beneficial for many conditions and we’ve had a lot of positive feedback with issues such as eczema, arthritis, decreased energy and so much more!
