✏️Don’t sleep with makeup on - this traps dirt, oil, and pollution in your skin, blocks your pores and disrupts your skin’s natural repair process

✏️Always double cleanse - first cleanse is for makeup and SPF. second cleanse is for excess sebum plus any remaining makeup

✏️Moisturizer & SPF - always apply to prevent drying, sun damage and premature aging.

✏️Exfoliate twice a week - removes dead surface cells, clears debris without damaging your skin barrier and crucial for product absorption

✏️Drink water - helps maintain skin hydration, elasticity, and supports the natural outer skin barrier to keeps irritants out
