We start by finding an appointment that fits your schedule and a practitioner you feel comfortable with. From there, we assess your symptoms and history to understand what your body actually needs.

Because we work under one roof, our practitioners talk to each other and guide you toward the best starting point. And as you progress, your plan shifts and flows with you, always backed by the whole team.

So we ask questions. Is your desk set up in a way that's working against you? Are the headaches creeping in after long hours at the computer? Any old injuries hanging around, like whiplash from a car accident? How's your posture through the day? Are there small repetitive movements adding up over time?

That vague tension almost always traces back to something specific in your daily life. Once we find the source, we can actually treat it instead of just chasing the symptom.
