May you use today to reflect, listen, and learn about the impact residential schools have had on indigenous people. The impact isn't just historical, but continues to ripple out to people today - mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Happy Fall 🍁

As we ease into the next season, make sure your health and wellness isn't left off of your list of things to do.

Gentle reminder: there are now only 14 weeks left of 2026! Most extended benefits will renew at the end of December. This is the perfect time to use them up before we reach a new year of benefits.

Matt & Justine are both filling up quickly for the fall season. It is highly encouraged that you book ahead if you plan to get in before the holidays.

May this season be easy on you and when it isn't, may massage and acupuncture be there to support you.
