"I'm Samantha! I became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2026 after spending over eight years as an esthetician, where I developed a strong passion for client care and helping others feel their best.

I chose massage therapy to expand my ability to help clients not only relax, but also address muscle tension, pain, and injuries. I am trained in relaxation and therapeutic massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, and enjoy creating personalized treatments based on each client's individual needs and goals.

I’m excited to continue growing and expanding my knowledge as a therapist, and I look forward to working with you and being part of your wellness journey.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and making memories with my children such as getting outdoors, exploring new places, and playing sports together. When I have some time for myself, I enjoy hiking, sharing good food and conversation over dinner with friends, getting lost in a good book, or relaxing with a movie. I value staying active, connecting with the people I love, and making time to slow down and enjoy the little things."

I’m so excited to introduce Samantha Lalonde, RMT, who will be joining the Mend & Move team starting October 5th!

Samantha is a newly registered massage therapist, bringing with her a strong background in client care from eight years of experience as an esthetician. Her experience in the personal care and wellness industry has given her a genuine passion for helping people feel their best, and she’s now bringing that passion into massage therapy!

Samantha is trained in relaxation and therapeutic massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, and enjoys creating treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.

I’m excited to welcome Samantha to the team and look forward to seeing her build her practice, connect with clients, and continue growing as an RMT!

She is accepting clients starting October and her schedule is LIVE and open for bookings!
