not very often I get to offer massage therapy services at the beautiful lawrencetown beach! Thank you to Surfing Association of Nova Scotia for allowing me to bring my skills to the fall classic competition this past weekend!

🏄🏻‍♀️🌊

Updated hours for both locations!

🚨Update: starting April 21st, you will be able to find me at 2 locations in Dartmouth!

I will continue to be at the Dartmouth Wellness Collective Mondays, Wednesdays & Every other Saturday

Tuesdays & Thursdays you can find me at Cole Harbour Physio & Rehab located in Cole Harbour. With a special focus on TMD/TMJD (the jaw), this clinic is bringing the Dartmouth/Cole Harbour community a much needed service and I am beyond excited to join their team!

Online booking is available for both locations, link for both locations can be found in my bio🤍🤍

With every ache & pain that comes with being a massage therapist, I choose to be grateful for the opportunity to help people heal

Thank you to the clients that continue to show up and allow me to live out my days working my dream job🤍

Spent the afternoon networking with the soon-to-be graduated massage therapy students at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy! Special thank you to the school for hosting this event & allowing us to come and represent the clinic!

I was even lucky enough to reconnect with some familiar faces from my grad year - was so lovely to see you all❤️

back to work tomorrow after spending the last week in Ottawa completing my craniosacral therapy level 1, exploring, and of course, trying all the local snacks!!

Vacation time!!! 🛫

I will be out of clinic for the next few days, returning on Tuesday! Looking forward to seeing you all once I’m back!
