We think it’s about creating space to slow down, and connect with your community.
This Sunday, we’re bringing our mobile sauna to Sir Wilfred Laurier Park for a free community gathering. No experience required. No membership required.
Just bring yourself.
We’ll have:
• Our wood-burning sauna
• Guided meditation
• Aromatherapy
• Towels provided
• Swimsuit rentals available
• A fire to gather around afterwards
Come after your long run, bring a friend, or drop in for an hour and stay a little longer.
No performance. No pressure.

This weekend we brought Circa to Chinatown for the because we believe great cities need great gathering places.
This weekend proved that the future of Edmonton isn’t just being built in boardrooms or new developments. It’s being built by people creating reasons to stay a little longer, meet a neighbour, support a local business, and feel connected to where they live.

This Sunday, June 14.
We’re bringing the sauna to Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park for a free morning of heat, cold, rest, and good company.
Whether you’re finishing a long run, meeting friends for a slower start to your day, or simply curious about contrast therapy, you’re welcome to join us.
Expect:
• Wood-fired sauna sessions
• Cold plunge tub
• Fresh-pressed juice from
• Towels provided
• Limited bathing suit rentals (bring your own)
• Changing tent
• Aromatherapy in the sauna
• Optional guided meditation
• A place to sit, rest, and stay awhile
This is our first Sauna Sunday, so we’re keeping it simple. We’ll be set up somewhere along the Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park loop. Watch our stories Sunday morning for our exact location.

Before Circa opens this winter, we’re inviting a handful of groups to experience our guided contrast sessions free of charge.
It’s more than a sauna rental. These guided experiences are designed to help your group step away from the noise of everyday life and return to what matters.
Circa private sessions include guided sauna, cold plunge, breath work, and fireside recovery.
Ideal for friend groups, founders, creative teams, wellness communities, and people who genuinely love bringing others together.
We’re using these sessions to learn, refine, and document what we’re building.
