and I disagree simply over experience. When I do mantra which is a huge part of my time in meditation IM IN THERAPY ...My experience of mantra allows me to watch my thoughts and learn from them. While its numbing it has the benefit of watcher. I seperate from main consciousness.

Everyone works differently and while Jiddu is pure genius ...he admits I AM NOT YOU ...if the results are as effective as his experience but achieved differently. Theyre still results.

Each person must find their way. Mantra however is a tool and a good one at that. But its how the tool is used.
