Alyssa Shear, owner and stylist at Toxic Locs Hair Design, has been in the industry since 2009. For her being behind the chair is not only about creating beautiful hair, but also beautiful relationships. There is nothing better than the smile on someone’s face and the pep in their step when they leave her salon feeling confident. Alyssa believes that being a part of creative teams, competing, and furthering her education is vital to keeping her fresh behind the chair. She believes that sharing knowledge with both other stylists and clients helps the industry grow as a whole. She always wants you to have all of the knowledge you need to feel comfortable and confident in your understanding of products and styling so you can maintain your beautiful hair between appointments. If you are looking for a new stylist, Alyssa is currently accepting new clients, and looks forward to seeing you and your hair in her chair!
