This client called Revive Hair Loft looking for help. We had a thorough consultation over the phone before booking, followed by another consultation in person before creating a plan.

The first appointment wasn’t about adding more lightener. It was about correcting what was already there.

Gabbie softened the harsh pattern with a root melt, strategically added depth where previous chemical damage had created patchiness, finished with a gloss to neutralize warmth while keeping her blonde bright, and completed the service with a Balmain Treatment to help restore strength, protein, and shine.

Hair correction is about so much more than applying colour. It’s understanding colour theory, strategic placement, formulation, and knowing when to stop. Sometimes doing less is exactly what the hair needs.

That’s why education and mentorship are such a big part of who we are at Revive Hair Loft. Every client deserves a thoughtful plan that protects the integrity of their hair while working toward their long-term goals.

This client called us feeling defeated after freshly having her hair done elsewhere. Nicole had a thorough conversation with her over the phone, and when she arrived, Gabbie had another in-depth consultation in person. After assessing her hair, it was clear that lightening wasn’t an option. Sadly, there was breakage through the front section, and protecting the integrity of her hair had to come first.

Together, they created a plan that put the health of her hair first: a root melt to soften the harsh lines, a gloss to neutralize and create a seamless blend, a BALMAIN Repair Treatment to rebuild protein and strength, and a trim to remove the most compromised ends.
