Would you believe these are the same formula? Well, they are! Same ingredients in the same quantities. Both are sample sizes of the Calendula Cleansing Balm.

Working with natural ingredients means that colour can differ from batch to batch. Pigments in the flowers, herbs, and berries used can vary with their growing conditions including the temperature and amount of light they’re exposed to. The variety of the species and maturation at harvest can also impact the colour.

In this case, the colour difference is due to the sea buckthorn oil used. My new bottle of oil is much darker than the previous one.
