BAO Massage

.liv_ dropped off some new beauties this week for purchase in the clinic. Grab one or all of them at your next appointment! ( Also why is photographing mugs so hard!)

Over the past year, I’ve been seeing more and more new clients come in after experiences that shouldn’t have happened.

Things like no health intake, no conversation before treatment, unclear boundaries, or complex conditions not being properly considered.

This isn’t about calling anyone out or saying there’s only one “right” way to practice. There isn’t. But from where I’m sitting (25 years in), some of the basics are getting missed.

This post isn’t about telling you who to see —
it’s about helping you understand what safe, professional care should actually look like.

I want you to feel confident asking questions.
I want you to know what good care looks like.
And I want you to feel comfortable walking away if something doesn’t feel right.

You should feel informed.
You should feel respected.
You should feel like your care is being tailored to you.

You deserve that level of care. Always.

Spring Newsletter hot off the press

May Newsletter I am celebrating 22 years as a Massage Therapist!

Notice to Clients - Service Dog Onsite: July 3rd to 12th 🐕‍🦺

I have the privilege of being the secondary handler (aka dog sitter 😉) to a remarkable Facility Support service dog named Indus. This month, Indus's primary handler is taking a holiday, which means Indus will be providing his valuable services at our clinic!

Indus will be at the clinic intermittently from July 3rd to 12th. If you have any allergies to dogs or are fearful of them, please let me know as soon as possible, and we will make different accommodations for Indus.

If you have any questions, you can contact me via email or text.

For more information, check your email for my July newsletter 💻

We have new goodies 😻 in the clinic from .liv_ just in time for gardening season🌱

$4 each or if you want 5 or more $3 each.

They are handmade by a wonderful human here in yeg. And if we don't have the stake you want she can make them!

As a massage therapist, one of my favorite perks of the job is the beautiful necessity for me to check out of my phone 📱💤 and check in with you. 🌿✨ While I never will be social media influencer, I have found my calling in connecting with each and every one of you offline.

💆‍♀️ Let's trade the screens for serene moments of self-care and genuine connections. 🌟
