Thanks to Dr John Christopher for teaching about the benefits of slippery elm. Its now the main ingredient in this go to tea cupboard when I just dont feel well. Licorice root has been gaining accolaides for the bases it covers.

One to three spoons mudslide powder in a cup or two of water, sip it cool warm or hot, slow or fast its been known to aid with everything from the mouth to the tail. Do not strain. cooling to set, aloe dream cream, a very thick rich creamy nourishing face and body moisturizer made with lots of aloe and h**p oil, lightly scented with rosemary, sage & cypress

Bring to a boil and simmer until all the leaves and herbs drop to the bottom of the pot, about 20 minutes, strain and serve one cup three times a day or two cups twice a day until desired results are achieved.
