Still in the same slumped position for hours? This gets in movement

Making my own template for TMJ massage treatments was actually kinda fun and it only took a few minutes.

Now instead of typing out long sentences for everything… I can just check off boxes in a quick click or draw on the body diagrams.

I’ve shaved down how time consuming chart notes used to be… but without sacrificing the details and accuracy ✔️🙏
