We didn’t just build a clinic. We grew with a community.

Looking back on the past decade, our staff remember the early days of building something from the ground up, bringing advanced rehab and strength training to our patients, and becoming part of the neighbourhood we call home!

Thank you to everyone who braved the roads yesterday to attend our second kin educational session for a great evening of learning, collaboration, and fun!

When kinesiologists, physiotherapists, and practitioners come together to share what they know, everyone walks away better, and so do the clients we work with every day.

We’re proud to be part of a team that keeps learning, keeps asking questions, and keeps raising the bar. Already looking forward to the next one!

When Byron started his first placement at Pivotal HPC, he was a kinesiology student with no physio experience.

Seeing patients return to their daily lives pain-free, and back to the things they love, changed everything for him.

His advice for anyone starting out: step outside your comfort zone and take more chances.

Mistakes are part of the process. 💪

Stuck at your desk all day?

Our team put together four simple desk exercises you can do without leaving your chair: two neck stretches, seated cat-cow, and thoracic rotations.

The best part? The more often you do them, the better you’ll feel. Save this for your next work break.

A quick stop at one of Fort Saskatchewan’s most historic landmarks, the old train station.

The railway played a major role in shaping the community, and today the area continues to bring people together with local businesses, seating, and the weekly farmers market.

It’s pretty cool seeing how a piece of Fort Saskatchewan’s history is still part of the community today.

Sometimes the places around us hold more memories than we realize.

We took a trip around Rogers Place and heard some of the stories that make it special, from New Year’s Eve games to Raj teaching his son Tavish how to ride a bike outside the building.

It’s the people, stories, and experiences behind our team that make Pivotal what it is.

EDUCATION 📚

One of the best parts of being part of the Pivotal fabric is the chance to be involved in moments like this. 💙

Today, rajudhillon had the chance to speak to Grade 11 and 12 students at Harry Ainlay High School AIM students about pursuing post-graduate education, health care, kinesiology and physiotherapy.

Huge shout out to the students! Their engagement and curiosity were at an all time high!

PS. The pants were a hit! 🤣

Curious how cupping works?

After applying oil, we massage the area before using flash cupping to help the body adjust. The cup is then glided across the skin to target the fascia and promote circulation.

Cupping can help reduce pain and tension while improving mobility and range of motion.

Interested in trying it? Visit the link in our bio to book your treatment.

We asked our staff to guess the items in the box 🤣

Keep watching for the results
