If there’s anything we learned from the last year it’s to be prepared. Prepare in advance.

The same thing applies to your health- prepare in advance. Meaning don’t wait for crisis to hit to come in and get fixed. It’s way better to get healthy and stay healthy than it is to wait for an illness or disease. What little seeds you plant today will pay off in the long run.

No. 27th reason why I love getting adjusted:

Bladder control. 😜

Especially at times like this when the skiing ⛷ is so amazing and the powder ❄️is so fresh that I just don't wanna stop

—even though I got to go P*e! 🤭😬

I can crank out those extra couple runs because the nerves coming from my low back that control the function of my bladder are working better from getting adjusted. So not only my back feels fantastic but bonus- my bladder function works that much better! 🎉
