What a feeling to compete and without coach or trainer and u bet the s**t out of many with coaches and too much drama lol Africans don’t need coaches because genetically gifted 😂

Yeah I can say I look great strong and in good shape but honestly I was not strong enough I was not 100 percent ready for show I have faced lot of downs and this prep was great at the beginning but couple weeks before show I have had lot of stress anger I was going to give up there days I spend them driving to no where days I sit in park away from people crying 😢 yeah crying was the only solution for me to overcome some stress,there are nights I could not sleep or eat felt weak yesterday and to day same , I just need a break from this life ,and I will be back stronger .i have been hurt disrespected treated like a s**t or s**t can be gently treated lol 😂 no one understand or feels me or what I am passing through monthly over 3 years now but hamdolilah things will be fine .i am very down most of day I sleep even at work please god help me pass this situation,please Mentally I am fu**ed physically no financially affected mentally they linked to each other I think 🤔 god bless u all and see u soon new Houcine version just need to figure out next plans love u all

Pre judging done waiting for the finals no matter what is the result I am very proud of my self

8 days more for the show and peak week will start tomorrow for sure more work to do to be on my 100 percent 💯 condition on the stage since this show it’s a qualifier to pro show in Vancouver

11 days more still more work and cardio to do lot of hunger and cravings lol 😂 it’s not easy to be in shape well it’s not given to all lol only hard workers those never been in shape u won’t feel the confident and respect u get from people because of ur shape that shows and conveys messages of hard work discipline and healthy life style

Oh man I have no words to express my happiness and how proud I am about my self ,6 years ago I came to this Canada as an immigrant for better life and great opportunities too. It Did not take longer to reach and achieve most of what i have planed for thanks god
But bodybuilding was not something I have never planed for lol 😂 because of the weather here is too cold and high depression during winter decided to enter gym December 6 2019 from that day till to day I have not missed a month of memberships and workouts,did some researches about nutrition and workout then here I am now champion
