Beginning and ending each session with sound. Bring in the releasing and the expansion (aka relaxation and being open to the new).
A hammered sound bowl
is placed on the body, the deep frequency comes through the base of the bowl, feeling it in your body. Helping you to get out of your head. So good…

Oh! And rice bags! Amazing for some grounding pressure throughout treatment! Placed on legs while I work on your back, and back while working on your legs and feet. (Try these at home! So restorative! Like a weighted blanket but so much better!)
