Transcending mind, body, and soul, through the most powerful healling energy....TOUCH I am committed to treating the person as a whole: the body, mind and soul.
I really like to see the change in a person once the accumulated tension or pain they came in with has lessened or even disappeared because of my treatment. The satisfaction I experience in helping someone achieve relief like that is very rewarding. It makes me feel connected to my patients and I want to help them again and again. I have helped many patients understand the benefits of regular, scheduled treatments to their overall health. By relieving the physical body of accumulated tension from stress or pain the mind and soul follow, enhancing individual wellbeing. She believes that therapeutic touch through massage is something the body needs. By increasing blood flow, lymphatic tissue drainage and relieving impingement, massage promotes a healthy body. I continue to learn and share information about healing through natural therapies which assist the body in its own ability to heal, and is the optimum form of treatment.

How is October already knocking at the door? 🍂
A friendly reminder as we head into the final few months of 2026: if you have massage therapy benefits you would like to use before year end, now is a great time to think ahead.
November and December appointments tend to fill quickly, especially those coveted evening spots. Booking ahead means you can choose appointments that actually work with your schedule and avoid the end of year scramble.
Your future December self will thank you. 😉

Autumn Equinox 🍂
Tonight, light and darkness meet in balance.
The season turns quietly. The days begin to shorten, the air shifts, and nature starts painting the landscape in a different palette.
A reminder that change does not always arrive with a great announcement. Sometimes it simply unfolds.
Welcome, autumn.

Well… I suppose it was inevitable. 🥴😂
On the last official day of summer, the first cool morning has arrived and the table warmer is officially back on in the Studio.
I am not quite ready to say goodbye to summer yet, but I have to admit… a warm massage table on a cool day is pretty lovely. 🍂
Happy last day of summer!

Settling back into September. 🍂
With the first couple of weeks of September behind us, routines are starting to feel a little more established and the Studio is settling back into its usual rhythm too.
This is often the time of year when schedules fill up again and we remember some of the things that may have slipped a little over the summer, including taking care of ourselves.
If massage has been sitting somewhere on your September to do list, I do have some appointment availability in the Studio this week.
Whether you are returning to regular treatment, dealing with something that has been nagging at you, or simply feeling the effects of getting back into a busier routine, there is space for you.
Online booking is available through my website.
Have a beautiful Sunday. 🫶

Back in the Studio!
After a little time away from the Studio and a little time spent out here, I am back to work, feeling recharged and very grateful for both.
There is something about being on the water that resets me every single time. A paddle, some rocks to climb, forests to hike, cold lake swims, with nowhere particularly urgent to be… just away from the chaos of the city. It is pretty much my idea of the perfect way to reset!
And now it is back to the Studio, doing work that I am equally grateful to come home to.
I hope your first week back into routines has been a smooth transition, whether that means back to school, back to work, or simply settling into the rhythm that September seems to bring.
The Studio is open, September appointments are available, and the appointment book is open for online booking!

Well hello, September. 🍂
The weekend brought just enough crispness in the air to notice that the first hints of autumn have officially arrived. The leaves are beginning to change, the days are getting a little shorter, and the season is quietly shifting around us.
Of course, September decided to make its entrance today with heat and humidity! 🙈🥵
I am not quite ready to rush summer out the door, so for now I will happily enjoy these first splashes of autumn colour while soaking up the last beautiful days of summer.
Here’s to a beautiful September and everything this changing season brings.

Scars tell a story, and sometimes they continue to make themselves known long after the wound has healed. 🤍
Tightness, sensitivity, itching or restriction can sometimes remain. Massage may have a role in helping improve how the tissue feels and moves.
Every scar is different, as is every person’s healing journey.
Swipe through to learn a little more about scar massage, what it may help with, what it cannot do and when it may be appropriate.
If you have a scar you’ve been wondering about, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to chat about whether massage might be a good fit for you.

Teachers, the countdown is on… 🍎📚
In a couple of weeks, the classrooms fill up, the schedules get busy and the pace changes almost overnight.
Before you step back into the wonderful chaos of another school year, maybe there’s room for a little time for you.
An hour to slow down.
To let some of the tension go.
To breathe.
And to head into September feeling a little more grounded and a little less like you’ve already hit October. 😉
If your benefits renew at the end of August, this is also a good time to check what you may still have available before your current benefit year ends.
Take care of the person heading back into the classroom, too. 🍎🍎🍎
