MANE & BODY

BBL, natural, thick, thin, gym built… we love the girlies over here 😂💅🏽

Being a mean girl over another woman’s body was never cute.

Proud BBL girlies, proud gym girlies, proud of whatever makes YOU feel good. Support women and let people enjoy their bodies. 🍑🤍

Just a busy mama trying to get herself together before the chaos starts 😂🤍

Adding my band + scale into my morning routine because I’m officially in my data girl era 👀📊

I put in the work… now I wanna see what’s actually happening behind the scenes.

Day 1 — let’s see where this goes. ✨

I mean duh💋…

How did I survive it?

Honestly… I didn’t.

Between balancing four kids’ schedules, drop offs, pick ups, appointments, the baby not sleeping, sleep regressions, being exhausted and STILL getting myself to the gym even on the days I was tired as hell 😭

Eating my meal prep wherever and whenever I could, trying to stay consistent while life was literally LIFE-ING 😂

Somewhere in between all of that I had to remember that I can’t pour from an empty cup. I needed something that was for ME too.

And looking back, I didn’t survive it because the woman I was before doesn’t even exist anymore.

I came out a completely different woman.

More disciplined. Stronger. More confident. More present. More full of life. More ME.

I learned how to show up even when I didn’t feel like it. I learned that taking care of myself doesn’t make me less of a mom. If anything, it made me a better one.

So no… I didn’t survive her.

I became her. 🤍💪🏽
