After my father passed , I hired a young man to help my mother around the house. He was respectful, hardworking, and treated her like family. One Saturday, I told Mum I was letting him go because I was taking my mom with me . She suddenly became angry. Please don’t! He cannot leave!. Mom you are coming with me to my house !
I was shocked. I had never seen her defend anyone like that.
She told me she wasn’t coming with me, I should please don’t send him away . I started investigating and payed attention to the cameras around the house saw they were close . I went to the house to search more only to see pictures of him and documents from the hospital with my father’s name on it. My hands started shaking. The man I wanted to fire wasn’t just an employee.
He was my father’s secret son.
And my mother had known all along.

MY WORKPLACE TOILET BETRAYED ME YESTERDAY 😂😭
Yesterday something strange happened to me at work, and biko, I need to know if I’m the only one like this. 😂
For all the years I’ve worked in this obodo Canada, I can count how many times I’ve used my workplace toilet for number two. Maybe four times! 😂
I don’t like using outside toilets to p**p. Once I do, I feel dirty the whole day. But for days, constipation had been disturbing me. I ate fruits, vegetables, drank plenty water, even took my detox tea,two bags instead of my usual one. 😂
I was expecting the toilet to call me at home the next morning.
Nothing!
I got to work and around 10am, the urge came like an emergency evacuation notice! 😭
I tried to hold it, but my body said, Madam, we have waited long enough.😂
I entered the toilet, and because of that tea, this was not going to be a silent operation. I tried to control the sound, but biko, the toilet was announcing my presence! 😭😂
When I finally came out, shame followed me straight to my workstation. I felt like everybody knew what had happened. 😂
My people, abeg, am I the only one who hates p**ping in outside toilets? Please tell me I’m not alone! 😂😂
My husband had a daughter I never knew about for 12 years 😛
We’re broke, he said , and saving morey for his Mom and siblings.
Ndi My husband said when we got married newly , that he prefers my natural hair and wearing cornrows with a little or no hair extensions. You that used to wear nice make up , beautiful hairs will change because he said so. Okay o good wifey !! You are a good woman ooo. I no envy you . I hope you can change the way he shaves his hair, beard moustache too.
Ndi I like my women natural and snooping around those in heavy makeups.

MENOPAUSE DON REACH OUR DOOR O! 😂🔥
Yesterday, someone in one of our school alumni groups brought up a topic that made me sit down and say, Omo, so I’m not the only one?😂
How many of us are already in our 40s, approaching 50, or have crossed 50? How are you people managing these moods? Because honestly, mine is not getting better. 😩😂
One minute I’m fine. Next minute, I’m hot like somebody poured a full bucket of hot water on me. 🥵
Night sweats? Check.
Crankiness? Check.
Mood swings? Na full package! 😂
Anger for no reason? Present!
Sometimes I’m just looking at everybody like, Please, don’t talk to me.😂
The funniest part happened one evening when I caught myself in the mirror.
I looked at my own face and thought, Madam, why are you looking so angry? 😂
My face was looking sad, angry, tired and somehow offended all at the same time! I almost didn’t recognize myself. I tried to smile at myself.
The smile refused to cooperate. 😭😂
I stood there looking at myself like, Okay, who offended you?
My dear ,I didn’t even have an answer! 😂😂
At this point, I’m convinced my hormones have started doing their own thing without consulting me.
So my ladies, especially those in your 40s and 50s, how are you coping with the mood changes, hot flashes and all these hormonal wahala?
