My amazing client is naturally a level 5. I knew I would need to do quite a bit of formulating to create something not only seamless, but colour-balanced as well. Based on her natural level and our desired end result, I chose to use Blonde Me for my lightener. I mix it with Blonde Me volume developer for the perfect consistency of product.

What do you tone for? To create brightness? Toning can feel scary but it is all about taking your time and planing out your application, formulation, and approach. When I tone, I book 30 mins to an hour into the appointment to guarantee I am thorough and not rushed. Toning with intention is the name of the game.

To me, the most crucial part of the appointment is right at the beginning. It is a necessity to take the time to speak clearly and thoroughly about what your client wants. As stylists, it is also our opportunity to help manage our clients expectations, help them to visualize the end result, and set up a customized 1 year hair plan just for them. ❄️Winter Hair care Tips❄️

Winter weather is Harsh on all hair textures and types. The elements dry your hair out making it more prone to breakage. Just like the skin , hair needs protection from the cold to remain soft and healthy. Because we cant get into the salon right now to get a hair cut, you can try some of these winter hair care tips to keep your hair in great shape- even when it’s freezing outside. 🤍

🤍LOW MAINTENANCE BLONE 🤍
Wanted to be blonde as possible without having to keep it up as often as a full root bleach out. She is a natural level 6, so I added a partial set of highlights on top of her old balayage that was done back in December. I added a few foils around her back hairline for when her hair is put up. I also gave her a root tap during the toning process for that seamless grow out.
Kailee will be back in 12 weeks for another partial and then her following appointment we will asses and see if we need to freshen it all up with a full head of highlights at that time.

To all my blonde babes please keep in mind this might not be as effective on you if your base colour is darker than a 6.
