❗️ONLINE BOOKING FOR RED LIGHT THERAPY IS NOW AVAILABLE❗️
How long is a session❓️
A session is 15 minutes for $25. You get to lay and relax on the treatment table while the warmth of the lights keeps you cozy. You can let your mind drift off.
What areas are included in the 15 minute session❓️
The great thing about the full panel red light is that an ENTIRE side of your body only takes 15 minutes. You can always book 2 appointment spots back to back so you can turn over after 15 minutes and do the other side for 15 minutes as well. An ENTIRE FULL BODY in 30 minutes ($50).

❓️What is Red Light Therapy❓️
Red Light Therapy is the treatment of tissue with specific red and near-infrared wavelengths of light at certain concentrations to help induce therapeutic benefits. When the light enters your skin, your mitochondria (the power plants that produce the energy your cells run on) soak it up and make more energy, which helps cells repair themselv
It is UV-free, non-toxic, painless and non-invasive.
Some benefits that Red Light Therapy may help with include:
🔴 Skin repair and health
🔴 Hair production
🔴 Muscle and joint issues/conditions
🔴 Connective tissue
🔴 Subcutaneous fat
🔴 Inflammation and wound healing
🔴 Sleep
And more❗️
