The number one question i get asked 'I've got a break out, What have you got?'
My answer is always 'How much water do you drink?'
Water really is the wonder potion. Water heals and helps our skin by hydrating cells in the bloodstream. Then being filtered by our kidneys. Water flushes toxins out of the body and hydrates the skin. Leading to potentially clearer, plumper skin.
Let me know in the comments how much water your drinking each day and your favourite way to drink it. ( I like mine room temp with a bit of lemon).
