🌙 TODAY: Embrace the Fall Workshop
Sunday, Sept 20 · 4:00-5:30 pm
Join us this afternoon as we shift from summer into fall. We'll tune in to the change of season and prepare our nervous systems for the months ahead, with guided meditation, written reflection, a restorative yoga practice, and time to connect. We'll finish with deep rest, a warm cup of tea, and a little bite of dark chocolate. 🍵🍫
