I love how much women are capable of.

We build businesses. Raise families. Love people deeply. Remember the appointments, send the texts, make the plans and somehow notice the little things nobody else does.

That’s one of the things I love most about women. We’re incredibly multifaceted. We can hold so much, care so deeply and show up in so many different parts of our lives.

And I think we deserve to be just as intentional about showing up for ourselves.

Because taking time for yourself doesn’t have to be something you finally do when you’ve reached your limit.

Sometimes it can simply be because you matter too.

That’s what I love about the work I do.

For a little while, you get to lie down and receive. You get to have someone else pay attention to you.

Nothing needs to be accomplished.

You simply get to be the woman being cared for.

And there’s something pretty powerful about that. 🤎

Getting to care for a woman whose own work is about celebrating women really fills my cup.

There’s something pretty special about women using what they do to care for, encourage and support other women.

And I think we need more of that. 🤎
