The light's green. 🟢 It's peel season.

Here's why estheticians love this stretch of the year for exfoliation: freshly peeled skin is more sensitive to the sun, and as summer's harsh UV fades into cooler months, that risk fades with it. Less sun exposure means better healing, more even results, and a lot less chance of new pigmentation showing up where you just cleared some away.

If you missed the update earlier this year, Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) is now called Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS).
