We are so incredibly thankful to be in this year's Lac La Biche pow wow parade with my amazing wellness squad! It was a truly beautiful and heartwarming experience, and I felt so much love celebrating with everyone. Seriously, treating ourselves to this event was absolutely fabulous and a memory we'll cherish. It's moments like these that make us feel so good and connected to the community. What a spectacular day of pure joy and connection! ✨

Happy long weekend everyone, whether you're enjoying it at home or at the activities planned! I'm so incredibly excited for this extra time off, just soaking in all the good vibes. It's been a busy week, but this break feels absolutely amazing and much needed for some serious self-care. 😍 I'm planning on spending it relaxing, maybe doing a little celebrating of simply being, and just feeling so joyful.
