One of the biggest mistakes we see after surgery? Wearing the wrong compression—or wearing it the wrong way.
Proper post-op compression isn’t just throwing on a faja. It means wearing:
✨ A tank top inside out to protect your skin and reduce friction.
✨ A front board for even abdominal compression.
✨ A back board to support your lower back and help maintain your shape.
✨ A properly fitted faja—not one that’s too tight or too loose, and changed as your swelling goes down.
Your compression should evolve with your healing. A faja that fit during week one may not be the right fit a few weeks later.
