There’s something special about gathering chamomile by hand—one tiny flower at a time. Every bloom is picked with care, dried slowly, and saved for future batches of my quiet path herbal tea.
From garden to cup, it’s all part of creating simple, plant-based products with intention. 💛

🦋 Butterfly pea flower tea magic
Butterfly pea flowers are rich in anthocyanins — natural antioxidants that also give the tea its stunning deep blue color.
When something acidic like lemon is added, the pH changes and the tea transforms from blue to purple or pink right before your eyes. Nature’s chemistry at work.
This beautiful flower has been traditionally used in herbal teas and is naturally caffeine-free.
✨ A little herbal magic in a glass.
Simple butterfly pea lemonade
For a 32 oz mason jar:
• 2 tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers
• 2½ cups hot water
• 2–3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
• Ice
Steep flowers in hot water until deep blue, strain, pour over ice, and add lemon to watch the color transform 💜🍋
🌿 As with any herb, it’s always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before adding something new to your routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
