Some things to think about when being late for your appointments

One late appointment can create a ripple effect, causing delays for every client scheduled afterward.

Rushing to stay on schedule can compromise the calm, focused environment needed to provide quality nail services.

Most Nail techs rely on small transition periods between clients to clean and sanitize, prep stations, and mentally reset. Lateness removes that buffer.

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵-𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸
Arriving late may require your service provider to forgo their scheduled break in order to stay on time. This can mean missing the chance to eat, rest, or use the washroom while trying to catch up on the schedule.

𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻
Nail technicians often work in fixed positions for long periods. Rushing or skipping breaks due to late arrivals can increase physical discomfort.

Repeated lateness can feel disrespectful, even if unintentional, and can strain the relationship.

Arriving 5–10 minutes late may not feel like a big deal. However, in the nail industry, that time is significant. 

Of course, we understand that things happen. If you think you may be running a few minutes late, the best thing you can do is communicate with your service provider as soon as possible. This allows expectations to be adjusted for both of you. 

Bottom line - Please don't make being late a regular routine
