18years ago, I stepped off the track for the last time, never thinking I’d race again.

A few weeks ago, I decided I wanted to celebrate turning 39 a little differently. I signed up to compete in track and field and represent Lethbridge and myself on a competitive stage

Little to no training , 3 busy girls, and tones of self-doubt, I showed up anyways and
I walked away with 4 medals in my 4 events, but The greatest gift was not only watching the girls compete but also showing my daughters that anything is possible when you believe in yourself and refuse to let AGE or FEAR decide your limits
