Your session includes deep tissue techniques such as trigger-point release, muscle stripping and deep acupressure-point work, along with active and passive release, stretching, mobility work and focused treatment through areas of restriction.

I’ve decided it’s time to rename one of my 60-minute specialized treatments because, although Vagus Nerve Reset sounded pretty cool 😂, it never quite captured what I was actually doing during this session.

The nervous system is still very much part of the experience, but this treatment is about SO much more than the vagus nerve.

It’s about an area of the body that traditional massage often barely touches.

This is a focused therapeutic experience, with the majority of your session devoted specifically to the face, jaw and head.

Your treatment may incorporate:

✨ Masseter and temporalis muscle release
✨ Facial trigger-point and active-release techniques
✨ Intraoral jaw work, when appropriate
✨ Scalp massage and occipital release
✨ Neck and shoulder release

It’s a particularly lovely option for those who clench or grind their teeth, carry persistent facial or jaw tension, experience tension-type headaches, or hold muscular guarding through the head and neck, including following older injuries such as whiplash.

The goal is to address physical patterns of tension while incorporating slower craniosacral and somatic techniques that invite the nervous system to soften and settle.

Hi! I’m Klee Moyer, owner of Kneaded Bodywork Wellness, a Registered Massage Therapist since 2003, Certified Sound Practitioner and Ayurvedic Practitioner.

Over the past two decades, I’ve developed a style of bodywork that I absolutely LOVE — blending therapeutic massage with restorative, somatic and energetic techniques for a beautifully integrated Body • Mind • Energy experience.

My specialty? Bringing clinical, therapeutic care into an extraordinarily cosy, Zen-inspired environment where your body can finally exhale. 💚
