We’re excited to welcome Dr. Carol Wong to the Nth Degree Therapy team! 🩵
Starting in 2 weeks, Carol will be helping active people get out of the cycle of “rest → feel better → return to sport → hurt again.”
An active badminton player and regular gym-goer herself, Carol understands what it takes to keep moving, and what it feels like when your body isn’t cooperating.
🎓 Graduated with Honors from CMCC
🪡 Advanced certification in Neurofunctional Acupuncture from McMaster University
🗣️ Care available in English, Cantonese & Mandarin!
Whether you’re dealing with a nagging injury, trying to get back to your sport or simply want to move better, Carol’s goal is to give you a plan, not just a temporary fix.
📅 Tuesdays: 2–8 PM
📅 Thursdays: 2–8 PM
📅 Saturdays: 9 AM–1 PM

We have another prize giveaway: a pair of runners from our friends ASICS Canada
Steve McDuff won these at our Last Long Run event back in April, we can’t wait to see who’s the lucky winner this Sunday August 23rd 😉
‼️For the first time ever: we have a walking group for our Run to the Nth Degree event! ‼️
Why? Because our clinic believes in moving at whatever pace feels right for you to live an active lifestyle. Whether you prefer to walk or because you’re injured, we’re here for you - literally at all paces! 🙌
☕️ So come grab a free coffee from Commence Coffee and let’s walk and talk! 🗣️
