If you told me you wanted your skin looking its best by next summer, I wouldn’t tell you to come see me in May.
I’d tell you to start now. 🍂
Fall is one of my favourite times to start building a long-term skin plan because we have time to work on things gradually.
Think IPL for pigmentation + redness, chemical peels for texture + congestion, injectables when appropriate, and a solid home-routine supporting everything we’re doing in clinic.
The goal isn’t a last-minute transformation before summer.
It’s months of consistent, intentional treatments that build on each other so when next summer arrives, you’re maintaining your results — not just getting started.

Before you decide your PCDC “didn’t work”… give it time.
PCDC isn’t an instant-results treatment. After injection, the targeted fat cells are disrupted, followed by an inflammatory response—which means swelling and firmness can actually make the area look fuller at first.
Over the following weeks, your body gradually clears the disrupted fat cells and the swelling settles. That’s when we can start to get a better idea of your results.
And remember: PCDC is often a series, not a one-and-done treatment. Trust the process and your treatment plan.
You should still look like YOU after injectables. 🤍
Just a little more rested. A little more balanced. Maybe a little more confident.
The goal isn’t to change your face or erase every line. It’s to work with your natural features — respecting your anatomy, your expressions, and the things that make your face yours.
Good injectables shouldn’t have people asking, “What did you get done?”

Just because you booked for filler doesn’t mean you’re leaving with filler. 👀
Sometimes the concern isn’t volume loss. Sometimes the result you’re chasing isn’t realistically achievable with filler. And sometimes…you genuinely don’t need it.
A good consultation isn’t about finding somewhere to inject—it’s about looking at the whole face, understanding what’s actually causing the concern, and deciding what (if anything) will give you the best result.
Because sometimes the best treatment plan includes saying no to filler. 🤍
