Meet Olivia 🤍🌿

If you’ve been around True Balance Massage Therapy for a while, you probably already know me — but I thought it was time to properly introduce myself!

I’m Olivia Rossignol, the owner of True Balance Massage Therapy and a Registered Massage Therapist. I graduated as an RMT in 2019 and opened True Balance Massage Therapy in 2023.

I’ve always felt naturally drawn toward healing and helping others feel more comfortable in their bodies and in themselves.

Along with massage therapy, I’m a Reiki practitioner, I’ve recently started offering infant cranial sacral therapy, and I’m currently training in reflexology.

My treatments can look a little different depending on what each person needs. Sometimes that means working through an injury or helping with physical pain and tension. Other times, it’s more about energy work and creating a calm, safe space where someone can slow down, release some of what they’ve been carrying, and reconnect with themselves.

I recently started treating infants and I am LOVING it! 🥹 There’s something so special about being able to support little ones and their families in such a gentle way.

Looking ahead, I’d love to continue growing my work with infants and also work more with young athletes as I continue learning and expanding my practice.

3 years. 🤍

When I started True Balance, I honestly had no idea where it would take me. I was just trying to build something that gave me the flexibility I needed, something that could hopefully get me back on my feet while I figured out what came next and found work.

Little did I know, this was never about finding work. It was about building it.

Somehow, those months turned into 3 years.

Looking back at everything that’s happened along the way — the growth, the hard days, the changes, and all the people who have walked through my door — I couldn’t be more grateful.

This business has become so much more than I ever imagined. It’s challenged me, changed me, and given me the privilege of being part of so many people’s lives.

3 years of True Balance.
And somehow, we’re only getting started. 🤍

Today I received an email that really made me reflect on just how much of an impact True Balance has created in so many lives. This week specifically I’ve had multiple clients reach out personally to thank me for the level of care I provide for each and every client of mine!
