Reflexology: Relaxes the body, eases the mind and soothes the soul! For more information, or to book an appointment, call Simone at 782.236.1882
Reflexology is a holistic therapy in which pressure is applied to specific small areas on the feet and hands. It is a non-invasive, safe, natural therapy that induces a deeply relaxed state, which alleviates tension, mild anxiety, and stress from everyday living. A further effect is that it triggers the body's own inner healing process, improves all the body’s functions and encourages the natural healing process to work more efficiently.

Exciting news! Sole Comfort Reflexology has a new home in Moncton — I'm now sharing space with True Balance Massage Therapy, above the DIY Coffee shop at 1850 Main Street.
With over 15 years of experience, I want to remind you that reflexology is so much more than relaxation and stress relief. By working reflex points on the feet and hands that correspond to organs and systems throughout the body, it can help support overall balance and well-being.
People come to me for support with things like migraines, lower back pain, sciatica, digestive issues, neck pain, plantar fasciitis, endocrine system balance / rebalance of hormones, and many more.
Come experience it for yourself — message me to book your session or book online! 782.236.1882 😊👣
